A new (Feb 2019) luxurious, executive villa, offering a private fully enclosed extended South West facing pool deck, heated pool and spa. The sun will shine on the pool from about 10:00 in the Summer and about 11:00 in the winter, where it will stay for the rest of the day. Our recently installed, electronic blinds will give you ample shade on the deck area, should you require it.
Your view is over the lake / conservation area. Our villa is located on the prestigious, award winning gated golf course community of Providence in Davenport, Orlando, where you will find excellent sports facilities and a clubhouse. Our villa can sleep up to 12 people, so is perfect for multiple families who want some peace and quiet alongside the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, which are only a 15 minute drive away.

Decorated to a high standard throughout with all the modern conveniences included.
Concierge Service. All bed linens and towels are part of our laundry room service. They are removed after each guest visit and are professionally washed and sanitised to hotel standards, leaving you to enjoy the maximum amount of time on holiday instead of having to strip beds and put on washing before you leave.
Full entertainment package. 2 x 60" TV's in the main living area and loft, flat screen wall mounted TV's in every bedroom. 42” Outdoor TV with soundbar. Playstation 4, American, slate bed pool table, air hockey and dartboard complete the package

PLEASE NOTE: Providence have the following rules for guests.
- Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay.
- Any kids under the age of 16 will be exempted from this fee and they must be accompanied by an adult.
- This fee will only apply if short-term renters decide to use HOA community pool & gym and there is no cost to use other amenities such as tennis court & playground.
- Each short-term renters will have option to pay weekly fee of $40 instead of paying the daily fee of $10 (renters will be given a colour wristband for weekly rental).

Notes
A cleaning fee of $ 175 ($185 from 2025) will be charged per booking. The 12% Florida State Tax and Tourist Taxes will be included in your final quotation.
At checkout, you can choose to add Pool heating which is charged at $ 28 per night. You can also choose a range of BBQ / GRills which are charged at $ 13 per night for a 2 burner, $ 15 per night for a 3 burner or $ 30 per night for an 8 burner.
