Notes
A cleaning fee of $ 175 ($185 from 2025) will be charged per booking. The 12% Florida State Tax and Tourist Taxes will be included in your final quotation.
At checkout, you can choose to add Pool heating which is charged at $ 28 per night.
A 4 burner gas BBQ/Grill is provided. Please note its is the guests responsibility to ensure the grill is clean and safe to use. The owners accept no liability and the guests use the grill at their own risk
